Are you more of a beach person? Good pick ! For you: 32 kilometers of coastline: fine sandy beaches, coves and rocky foreshore for shore fishing enthusiasts!

The closest beaches to the Domaine de l'Auzance campsite are those of Bretignolles sur mer: 13 km in one piece, 10 minutes on foot or by bike and accessible to cars in the blink of an eye! If you are on a family holiday, Normandelière beach could well be ideal. Meeting point for water sports enthusiasts (sailing club), the beach is supervised from June to mid-September and accessible to people with reduced mobility (Tiralo).

La Bourrine du Bois Juquaud (Saint Hilaire sur Riez – 02 51 59 94 07). 20 km from the campsite, visit this eco-museum village and discover the daily life of market gardeners in the marshes at the beginning of the 20th century. A place to discover while strolling through the village, a multimedia space, an exhibition space and lots of activities offered by the friends of the site. Cycling and walking routes will take you to the site.

The salt marshes. Let yourself be disoriented by the marshes of the Pays de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, located on the right bank of the La Vie river. Abandoned in the 70s, then transformed into fish ponds, the salt marshes have now regained their function and are an integral part of the local economy.
